• Prior to the purchase, the client can test the mineral collected from his own workstation at our headquarters to determine the concentration/weight of gold/ton (see the SERVICES page). Or send the raw mineral to pro' labs for analysis.

 

• The capacity of the concentrator will MUST be correlated with the capacity of the sand/ballast production/processing station. For entering the concentrator, we recommend particles smaller than 4 mm, and a maximum amount of mineral 18-25 tons/h.

• A machine is operated by a single employee who, after approximately 4 hours, will stop the station and, for 10-20 minutes, will clean the concentrator to avoid losses.

 

The Excel file allows the creation of possible scenarios depending on the existing situation at the production site, number of concentrators/station, grams/ton of mineral/station, 24K gold stock market price on the date of calculation, modification of work shifts (8-16 working hours /day) ,another 1-2 months of winter break should be taken into account. So it is good to consider ONLY 10 working months per year.

 

Due to the increase in the price of gold in 2023, the initial investment is recovered in less than 3 months. If you work more than 8 hours/daily, the recovery of the initial investment will be accelerated.

We reproduce in the image the simulation of a financial report for a normal working regime (22 working days; 8h/day, recovery at a yield of 18 TONE/HOUR mineral aggregate -minimum concentration capacity-). The figures refer to a deposit with a minimum precious metal content of 0.25 GRAMS/TON. We cannot guarantee the success rate for mining areas poor in precious metals, but according to some statistics on ballasts, the minimum is 0.25g/t. Unfortunately, the machine cannot directly obtain gold bars, earrings or bracelets, but it can concentrate the amount of the mineral to a minimum. The statistical concentration ratio is 1:300, thanks to this concentration ratio the subsequent refining of the obtained concentrate is much easier.

Nota bene: due to subsequent refining costs and technological losses, the value of the concentrated material obtained decreases by 49% when it is desired to transform it into pure precious metal.
